If you are getting married in your hotel in Cyprus, you might prefer to have all of your celebrations there too, this can work particularly well if your guests are all staying in the same place. Reception options can vary from informal buffet meals to set menus, some hotels will also offer private venues or separate areas for your wedding meal. We have created exclusive wedding menus in many of our featured hotels with lots of choices to suit your taste and budget; younger guests are also taken care of with our choice of special kid’s meals.
Bear in mind that some hotels do insist that you have your reception in-house in order to hold your wedding ceremony there; it’s worth checking this out when you make your booking.

Yacht wedding receptions
If you want to celebrate the start of married life with a bit of style, you can’t get much more impressive than a reception cruise on your own luxury yacht or catamaran. A private cruise is also a great way to enjoy the fabulous Mediterranean weather as you bask on the decks or chill out as the sun goes down; this is one wedding party your guests will be talking about for years to come!
There are a number of different cruise options to choose from ranging from luxury yachts and catamarans to traditional wooden schooners and we’ve put together special wedding packages to suit every party and budget. You could choose a cruise with a great buffet and unlimited drinks and make a whole afternoon or evening of it, or if you are planning a dinner at your hotel or in a restaurant, why not choose a short cruise with drinks and canapés- it’s a great way to enjoy the time between your ceremony and your evening party. So, you’ve chosen your ceremony venue and decided where you want to celebrate! The next thing on your list has got to be the entertainment; are you planning on dancing till dawn while a DJ plays the latest sounds? Or perhaps you want to try out your fancy footwork and learn the moves Zorba style? Even if you don’t want to make a late night of it you could consider traditional musicians, wedding singers or Tribute acts while you enjoy your meal or what about a string quartet playing in the background while you sip champagne and smile for the cameras VIP-style?
If you’re having a church wedding you might like to go for traditional organ music as you make your grand entrance and if either of you has Scottish or Irish blood we can even arrange for a piper to herald your arrival!
